Penn five year plan - swap for PS or similar essay

Would anyone be keen to read through my Penn five year plan essay? I'm not sure if it's specific enough, so I'd appreciate a bit of feedback from someone - at least to gauge what your general impression is. I'd be more than happy to read through and critique one of your essays as well.
