typo in personal statement

Post by smoneill88 » Tue Nov 01, 2011 4:04 pm

Hey Guys + Gals,

I just noticed a typo in my personal statement that was submitted to a number of schools. I misspelled 'LexisNexis' as 'LexusNexus'. Stupid, yes, but it seems to be the only error in my entire application.

I have received 'application complete' notifications from all of the schools it was submitted to. What should I do? I feel like leaving it be is the best decision, as it is the only error in my applications and is the sort of thing that could go easily overlooked, or should I contact the admissions departments to see if I can re-submit my PS?

Thank you
