I have struggled with topic, this is a rough, rough, please look at direction and not syntax..

woefully misguided. impugning the character of another says NOTHING good about you. if anything, your statement gives reason why you DONT want to go to law school. scrap this and start over.

What if this money kept the atty from being bankrupt him/herself or supplemented his/her food stamps for his/her kids? Maybe the atty worked his ass off on this case taking a loss and only can collect this little bit.
