Hey guys,
Simple question this time. Should you provide a heading on your PS and essays? LSAC ID #, SS #, Name, blood type, astrological sign.....
None of the applications so far mention this at all, but I'd like to be sure.
Thanks folks

It won't hurt you to do it, so do it. I put my name/LSAC #/date on the top of mine, just in case somebody lost it or something.

Just put in a header with your name, LSAC #, and a title (NOT a creative title; make your title "Personal Statement").

I have put my first and last name and lsac number on all of mine. Add more if your school specifically requests it.
I wouldn't even go as far as adding a title to the actual document. When you submit it through LSAC, you can name the document and it will be under a section entitled "Personal Statement". That's probably clear enough for law schools

The school doesn't see what you name it in the LSAC system. Your entire app package is sent to the school as one big PDF-type file.
