Who cares if it is grammatically correct. It is terribly written. Stay away from gerunds as the subject of your sentences. And try to say something with each breath that means something, rather than just leading your reader somewhere else.

Also, you only have one ancestry. It may be both Latino and Irish, but it is the only one you have.
