I hope my points weren't too rough.
Your PS is a good start. It incorporates some innovative ideas but, as I pointed out, there are some parts that weaken your central theme of law through technological innovation/collaboration/internet.
Edit: BTW, on a personal note... I think it's pretty cool that the avenue in which you've selected to get comments on your personal statement fits so well with your theme.
