from what ive looked into they ask how u bring diversity or experienced it.

so what exactly are they saying by "diversity"...does it have to be race?

can it be about language, instead of about color or race?

seems like most of them are about how one person is a certain color/ethnicity/etc. and grew up here and there...

i may be completely off but this is just what i got from the searching i did.

thanks

Diversity statements can be about anything that makes you diverse (background, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, etc.). They do not have to be written about race. The best thing for you to do is to get a rough draft completed and get others to read it to see if it will be worthwhile to include in your application.
