Too late to write an Addenda?

Do you think it is to late in the admissions cycle to send an Addenda to a school I really want to go to?

Initially I wasn't sure I wanted to go to this school but now I am certain that I want to.

My GPA is above their 75th percentile and my LSAT is above their 25th percentile but below their 50th

In my status checker, the file is just "complete"

I feel if I get waitlisted I want to address my low lsat and why I really want to go to this school

It's never too late, but most will say that the best way to address a low lsat is a retake. If you have a history of poor standardized testing but really strong grades, then if you send an official SAT/ACT, some schools will look at that a bit.

If you are waitlisted, send a LOCI.

At this point, an addendum (singular) wouldn't really be appropriate. It will look like you're desperate to try and make your application look better. Plus, LSAT addenda are generally dumb. You can write a Letter of Continued Interest (either now or after being waitlisted) to explain that this school is your first choice.
