LORs?

I am in the process of asking a couple of professors to write LORs for me. I would like to know if there's anything in particular that I should ask them to focus on, and any particular way to tackle the LOR that would make for a good/great LOR. I am sorry if this already been discussed but I couldn't find a thread that dealt with the general LOR questions that I had.

The LOR form has suggestions for the recommenders

There is nothing wrong with giving a draft of an LOR to your recommender, then having him/her write their own based off the draft.
