Diversity Statement critique

My diversity statement feels awkward, not unified, and generally all over the place, and I'd love to have another pair of very critical eyes look over it. I'm definitely willing to look over your diversity statement or personal statement in return - I've gotten a lot of useful feedback about my PS and I think I can give good advice about it now.
