Maybe work it into your PS or a DS. I don't see how it would be relevant on a resume.

If it hasn't had a major impact on your desire to become a lawyer or outlook on life, don't form your PS around it. You could also mention it in passing. Might be an interesting aside.

I'd moved so many times by that age I've lost track. Maybe 35? but I am an army brat. maybe in PS, but not if it's not relevant.

I'm 30 and have lived in 9 different states and two countries (I am not an army brat). I was thinking about mentioning it, because it does provide a glimpse of who you are. Living in Dallas is a lot different than living in New York or Chicago....Also, growing up in a rural town is different from NYC. Maybe that has effected how you are able to relate to people, etc. I have read some adcoms like to see diversity through the towns that you have lived in.
