Yale 250 just need some thoughts

Would love someone to give me their thoughts on my Yale 250. I'm not typically a creative writer, so this is miss or hit. PST if you would like to read it. Please dont hold back, let me know if it is terrible, I wouldnt be insulted since it really is not my typical writing.
