critic my PS?

Hey guys so i am not the best at creative writing and from reading a number of personal statements on TLS it is clear that these personal statements have to be captivating. This is not my forte and I am freaking out! 
Anybody willing to critic? I am more than happy to exchange and critic yours. When I have a not-so-rough draft I will post it up here...
