How to submit/upload PS?

Do you submit your PS to LSAC and have them send it to the schools, or send it to the schools directly? Either way, how long does it usually take for them to get the PS? Do you send it electronically with no delay (that would be awesome for me)?
Thanks

Register for LSAC, create a "school list" of the schools you want to apply to.
Slowly fill out the "Primary Application" for each school.
After you fill it out you click to "add files" and at that point you add your PS, resume, addenda, etc.. just like you attach files to anything.
When you are all done you click "continue" and it generates a PDF of your entire package for your review. At that point you may see errors or issues and you can go back and fix them, repeat the process, and eventually get it just how you want it.
To directly answer your question: Yes, your PS will be submitted this way, with the application.
