Citation/bibliography for PS?

Post by Lovely Ludwig Van » Sat Nov 06, 2010 6:17 am

I'm thinking about citing a quote from a current professor at Cal State University. Don't ask why, how, where, etc., I just think that it might work for my particular PS.

My question is, do I have to add an in text citation or bibliography for the book from which I found his quote?

Thanks a bunch for any help.

Unless you're planning on having your personal statement published in a journal later on, you can probably just say, "one time my professor said..."

professorMMMMMMMMMMMM used to say,, or once said followed by the quote works fine

dont put a citation at the bottom of the page, its not a history paper.
