1. dealing with depression
2. I tend to think very logically and analytically in everything, which has led me to many conflicts with other people who don't think like that. I could talk about how my mindset is and although it may not be popular/the majority, its the way I am, and thus I am meant to be a lawyer.

I agree about #2 - scrap that.

#1 could work, as long as you do it correctly. Do you have any specific experiences that meant something to you? Perhaps explore writing about that.

It makes you sound pretentious/conceited/etc. Like you understand everyone's mindset around you, when you really don't. Also, consider that being an attorney is about conflict resolution and getting into arguments with others who don't think like you conflicts directly with that task. It makes you sound like Spock. I could go on and on.
