Not looking for any super-extensive critiquing here (unless you really want to, which would be fine with me) - I'd just like to have a few more people read it over before I start sending out applications. If you have some spare time I'd REALLY appreciate any comments and/or suggestions. Let me know and I'll PM it to you.
