Military Personal Statement

Post by JDLaf » Thu Aug 26, 2010 2:16 am

All,
Can someone (or numerous people) please edit and comment on my personal statement? I have been out of school for about 5 years now and am heavily relying on an excellent PS relaying some of my military experiences to present myself as someone who can bring a certain type of diversity to a law school. Let me know if you are willing to help and I'll send you my PS in a private message.
Thanks!!

You can PM it to me. I'm a 1L at Cornell and based my PS on my military experience also.

Some warnings:
I am not the best at grammar, so I can't really help much there.
I should have some time to review it this weekend, but I can't promise to get back to you anytime before this Monday.

Thanks. I'll have a revised copy based on some initial comments from another helpful member. Standby...

I am working a revision but would definitely like for you to look it over. Hopefully I'll have it done in the next day or 2...
