Can this topic hurt my chances?

I'm planning on attending law school in the US (currently undergrad in HYP), but my career goals include returning to my home country eventually and working in government/politics. I'm definitely thinking international law and I'm especially interested in human rights - an area, in which my country is quite backward.
Do you think it's bad idea to write my PS on how my interest in international law and politics was born and explain that I intend to work outside the US (i.e. at home/Europe) ultimately?
I'm afraid of the admissions officers thinking "well, if you don't want to stay in the US in the long run, why the hell would you want to go to a US law school?!" (And if I adddress this potential question in my PS too obviously, it will sound too defensive...)
What do you all think?
