Diversity statement first draft - critique needed!

hi, i have just finished a very rough draft of my DS, would like some serious critique from you guys, especially on how to cut it short (it's almost 3 pages double spaced now) and specific comments on content. anyone interested i will PM my DS to you as I don't want to post it here. thanks!!
