When writing personal statements, Why XX schools, and addenda, what format should I follow? I.e. double space, or single space w/space between paragraphs and no indenting, do I title them? If not what goes at the top? Sorry if these are lame questions.

If a school cares, it'll specify. Include your LSAC number on every page. In general, just make it look professional.
