Top Law Schools

I having been kicking around a couple of different drafts of ideas for my PS. I am wondering, assuming it is not obvious from the rest of my app, if my PS needs to address motivation for attending law school beyond intellectual appeal.

Basically, I am trying to decide if my PS needs to necessarily include an explanation of why I want to go to law school.

I have strong hard and soft factors, but no WE/VW within the legal profession.
