Would anyone be willing to share their "why x" statement?

I’ve been trying to write one for months, but have no idea where to start , what to say-nothing!

I can already tell you how this is going to play out; you're going to write something generic and it won't have any impact on your cycle.

I think the key to these is research and personal connections. Talk to everyone you can at the schools you're interested in, and something they say should (hopefully) take hold on your imagination well enough for you to write about it.

If it doesn't...think about whether you actually want to go to law school. Or, at least, that law school. Articulating why you want to go to a particular school shouldn't be the hard part.

I know what I want to say. I just don't know how to say it, but with the help of "holydonkey" I think I'm going to be fine.
