I say no, but I could be wrong.

I think correct way to write out seasons and semester is like this:

I graduated during the fall semester of 2003.

I have seen people write it like this:

I graduated during the Fall Semester of 2003.

Am I right or wrong?

Fall Semester seems redundant. I always just say Fall 2003 or Fall of 2003. The semester part should be able to be assumed.

You do not generally capitalize the name of seasons. The exception is when you are using a season as a proper noun, such as "the Winter of my Discontent."

Would you say Fall 2003 or Fall of 2003 on something an admissions officer might read?

Also in resumes you should capitalize seasons.

According to Chicago Manual of Style Rule 8.94, "The four seasons are lowercased (except when used to denote an issue of a journal . . .) ."
