T14 LOCI needs English master to proofread

So, I've just written a very unique LOCI.
I think it's a strong one, but I need some opinions on it, and more importantly... I need someone who is really good with punctuation/grammar in the english language, because I am terrible (when it comes to punctuation.)

semi-colons, colons, parentheses, dashes? They are my biggest weakness.
