Non-Trad PS looking for comments and suggestions

I am a non-trad 11 years out of undergrad (BBA Finance from TEXAS). My scores are low (2.9, 154). I have a long history of self employement and a Masters in Dispute Resolution (3.85). I will only be applying to schools in Texas.
