Question about Personal Statements

This is for you experienced people. Let's say hypothetically, you get rejected from the law school of your choice for Fall 2010 (almost a guarantee with GPA-LSAT disparity), and you apply for Spring 2011. Would you change your personal statement? For instance, I was thinking that if I had to reapply for Spring 2011, I would add in the "rejection" as further motivation to succed, etc.. Please let me know your thoughts.

I don't think there is any need to change the statement at all. All that matters is you raise your numbers. If you get rejected the first time, but raise your LSAT by the time you apply again, it won't matter if your statement is the same, especially if it is a good essay.

Perfect, that's what I wanted to know. Thanks a lot.
