PS Tailored to School / PDF?

Hi Everyone,
Two quick questions:
- For my personal statement, my instinct is to add a sentence or three about that specific law school, particularly for a couple with programs I am interested in (addressed earlier in my PS). How necessary is this? Is a few sentences at the end worse than nothing at all?
- Is it possible to attach the PS, resume etc. as a PDF? If possible I would prefer to have complete control over how the content appears.
