Yeah, this girl I had no idea would become so crazy. She was one of those people who you never knew how anyone could dislike her because she doesn't ever fight with people. Until you realize that what she does instead is just stops TALKING to people when they do something minor to upset her, because she can't handle confrontation. Uhhhh.....

Thank god. I'm a firm believer in telling it like it is. But if I have a problem with someone I confront them in private - I hate when people do it in public to try to humiliate the other person.

I'm such a direct person, so it drives me nuts when people can't be open with me. I'd rather have an awkward conversation for 5 minutes and get past shit than let it fester and ruin a friendship. I don't understand why more people aren't direct.
