2) Everyday I become more and more set on going to Michigan (especially everyday that passes where I don't have my NYU decision). Michigan positively gives me the warm fuzzies. I'm definitely excited. In fact, I hope that the schools for which I would consider turning down Michigan reject me rather than waitlist/defer me, so I can start dreaming of Gothic structures during Christmas rather than bite my nails and write LOCIs in the spring.
Wow, I thought you were more gung-ho than that. I'm still waiting for Yale (and possibly U of Chicago) or money from others, but HSNCP are all nearly marked off already if they don't come with cash. The living situation in Ann Arbor is just too flexible/nice. I love Ann Arbor this is my third acceptance from a UM program, and my decsion against the last 2 lingered long and hard.

Does anyone have any insight into Lawyer's Club life? While I would like to be on campus in a simple environment (meal plan, single room) for the first year, I'm not so sure I always want to be around law students; a reprieve may be necessary at times. Also, I've not lived in on-campus housing for a few years, so I'm not sure if it's worth going back to that life.
Possum:
Is that a frisbee I see in your avatar? I'd like to make clear that the UM campus is going to be seeing a lot of disc when I arrive in summer.

hey Death...
yeah... frisbee is my second biggest thing. I played for Uptown Local (Columbia).
These days I don't have time for full out club play (plus no more eligibility) so I play a bit for a non-college club team and do lots of pickup here at Cornell. These days indoor pickup.....
I have a friend who played for MagnUM (Michigans team) and he said he'd help me get set up with the ultimate scene over there.
