Examples of Successful Negotiation Emails

Hey all
I notice a lot of people (including myself) asking how/what to write in a negotiation email. I figure it might be useful to create a thread where people can post the emails they sent to schools asking for additional $$$, along with how successful their emails were (initial offer vs second/third offer).
If anyone has successfully gotten additional $$$, kindly share your wisdom
