School giving out stip even though I dont have a full ride?

Put seat deposit down on Brooklyn Law for Fall 2019 and am receiving 53K per year in scholarship money. Have not tried negotiating my scholarship to a full ride, but would this possible at this point and would the school even offer a stip for commuting??
