University of Pittsburgh Stingy with Aid?

I have been accepted to Duquesne University Law with a $35k / per year merit scholarship. I want to attend law school / practice in Pittsburgh, but I would prefer to attend University of Pittsburgh Law as it is clearly the better program looking at job placement. I have been admitted to Pitt Law, but still waiting on Pitt's financial aid package to arrive in the mail.
I was hoping that Pitt would match total COA at Duquesne that the Duquesne scholarship creates. I know it is unlikely that Pitt will award $35k / year, but if they can match the total COA ending number, then I would be much more comfortable attending Pitt. However I have heard from previous cohorts that Pitt is stingy with aid. Anyone have experience with getting a scholarship from Pitt?
