When it says 100% on mylsn does that mean you get both tuition and living expenses covered?
Also, does that mean 100% for just 1 year or for all 3 years. Thank you

100% in the scholarship section means that 100% of people with the stats you entered updated their profile with some amount of scholarship. The avg $ part tells you the average of the scholarship amounts those people received.

This.

Additionally, very few schools provide scholarships beyond the cost of tuition. You can look at 509 forms to see if it's possible, but assume it's not happening.

Just to supplement the above and clarify, this is the percentage of those who were accepted that received a scholarship. So if there are 10 people, with a 50% acceptance rate, and a 20% scholarship rate, with $10,000 for the scholarship amount, 5 were accepted and 1 received a scholarship of $10,000.
