Which one is more important in determining scholarship offers?
I mainly ask because I have a 170 and plan on to apply to most of the T14, but I have an international transcript (I am a U.S. citizen). I'm a little concerned that having a foreign degree might exclude me from $$$ altogether...

In general, LSAT is more important. I don't know much about international transcripts, though. Did you study in Canada?

Generally, I think LSAT is weighted more, but it's all about what the school is placing value on that year. Scholarship decisions are less predictable than admissions outcomes.
But no, you will not be overlooked for scholarships because of the international transcript.

I studied in South Korea. LSAC gave my transcript an evaluation of Above Average, which can be awarded to GPAs ranging from 3.0-3.9 lol.

Chances are great! As long as you have the money for apps/waivers.

Chances of gaining admission? Assuming you are not an URM, your chances are essentially zero.
