It looks great but from my experiences lots of admissions/fin aid people barely read it. They already have an idea if they're giving you more cash or not.
Vandy and Emory straight up said "cool story bro but we already gave you basically full"
Don't be surprised if you get that kind of response. Overall it sounds eloquent and respectful, but genuine.
