I've got what I hope will be a quick question, but first for a bit of background. I've been awarded a need/merit scholarship of $62,500 over three years at NYU and a need/merit scholarship of $81,000 over three years at Duke.

My question is: would I be able to use the scholarship at NYU to negotiate more money at Duke, or should I try negotiating more money at NYU from the Duke scholarship (if that's even possible)?
