Withdrawing from Law School. Need to Repay Semester Scholarship.

I am a 1L student who is likely going to withdraw from law school this semester. My grades are insanely bad and are not getting better for this semester.
Unfortunately, I accepted a significant scholarship offer to attend law school and am required to pay back scholarship funds if I withdraw mid semester. It is a fairly sizable amount for me and I am not sure if I can afford it, especially with the student loans that I already have.
Although I had planned to withdraw mid semester with a leave of absence on the off chance that I might want to come back, this puts me in a situation where I am considering just finishing the semester out, literally flunking all of my classes, so I am not forced to pay back this scholarship. Do you guys have any advice on options or alternatives? Thanks so much, it's been a tough time recently and I appreciate any advice given.
