i received a book award as part of my financial aid package in school that says my books will be paid for all three years (but i can only buy them in the bookstore) does anyone know how that works? will it be disbursed in a refund the same as everything else or is it more like a gift card or voucher to the bookstore that i can use to pay for stuff?

Just ask your school, nobody here is likely to know.
