I tried to accept my student loans at a 2 year college I applied to and was told they couldn't be disbursed because I had an unusual enrollment history. Will I run into the same problem with Law School?

The school downloaded my fafsa today and there is no talk about unusual enrollment history, although, my award package wont be available until Tuesday

I was just flagged for unusual enrollment history and I have a debt at one of my schools so I cant get a transcript from them. If they reject my aid for this reason do they have to give me a way to regain eligibility?
