Informing Duke about scholarships from other schools?

This past week, I had my scholarship interview with Duke, where they encouraged me to let them know about any financial information pertinent to my attending Duke. Just a couple of hours later, Chicago offered me a $75,000 scholarship. Should I let Duke know about this post-haste, or should I wait until I receive their offer to start negotiating? Note that Duke is currently my top choice, although Chicago is a not-too-distant second.

I think I'd wait until the offer comes in and then, regardless of what it is unless it's a Mordecai, use the Chicago offer to negotiate
