How long can one expect to wait for scholarship?

What schools send scholarship offers separate from their admissions packet? Also, what is the general timeframe to wait for scholarship offers? I was accepted to UCLA in January and have not heard anything about scholarship yet. Any help at all is greatly appreciated!!
