LRAP Possiblities

Hello all,
I am a 0L who has been out of school for sometime and worked in the public sector for the past 3 years. I'm dead set on going to law school solely for Public Interest, and I was wondering, aside from Scholly offers, how difficult is it to actually get in these Loan assistance programs? Does anyone have any experience with this?
