LSAC fee waiver denied?

Just wondering if my situation isn't as meager as I think it is. My wife and I earned 34,000 last year, but are expected to earn 9,000 for this whole year. We have one child dependent (born this year) and have 0 in bank accounts excluding financial aid (living on school loans). Is this worth an appeal or will last years income make that useless? Thanks!

I've heard that they are VERY stingy with the LSAC fee waiver. Most schools are much more generous with the school application fee waivers, fortunately.

Don't quote por favor.

I applied twice and was granted the waiver on the second time. Your $34,000 income is WAYYYYYYYY too much to even think about being accepted. PM me if you want more details. I've gathered quite a bit of info.

I think it's stupid that they charge you a fee for CAS. Then they charge another fee everytime you apply.

The funniest part it's probably automated.
