6 consecutive payments holding?

Hi everyone,
I have one collections account and two charge off accounts. I am in the process of calling the agencies to set up a payment arrangement and then appealing the grad plus decision... However, I will NOT be able to show 6 months of consecutive payment before I apply for the loan---- will this stop me from getting approved? Will the grad plus people just turn me down?
