I'll qualify this question by saying I know it's dumb.

The Grad Direct PLUS loan application asks for employer information; I'm currently working at my 2L SA job. I'm getting paid, but not much. Does this "count"? I ask because I know there's sometimes an income threshold for these kinds of things.

If anyone knows the answer to my question, I'd appreciate it. Merci.

You don't make enough to pass the threshold, but congrats on contemplating gaming the system by lying to the federal government. You'll make a great lawyer.

There's a reason I asked. Contemplating lying suggests that I know what the correct course of action is, but considered acting otherwise. That isn't the case here.
