Does resident tuition count as scholarship?

One school offered me a scholarship + resident tuition. Filling out a scholarship matching form at another school and they ask for the total scholarship amount from other school. Should I just put scholly or scholly+discounted tuition in this box? (In any case I will explain the situation in a note, and will also attach the scholarship letter. I would prefer to put the higher number as the total scholarship on the matching form, however I don't want to appear dishonest in my interaction. Does this even matter, or am I overthinking it?)

FWIW the school does not refer to the resident tuition discount as a scholarship per se, but does use "total scholarship" to refer to scholarship + resident tuition discount.

Just tell them the amount of tuition you'd be paying at the other school, and show them you understand basic math.
