Pitting BU against BC for scholarships-need help negotiating

Here's what I got as first offers for scholarships:
BU - $15,000/yr
GW - $10,000/yr
W&M - $10,000/yr
Northeastern - $30,000/yr
I sent BU a negotiation email about a week before their deadline (April 15th) saying how much I wanted to attend but other schools were offering a lower COA blah blah and gave them Northeastern's and W&M's offers. (W&M is still cheaper just because they have a lower tuition) They were great and gave me an extra $5,000/yr, making it $20,000, so I paid their $500 deposit on Tuesday. I also got into BC around the same time but hadn't heard anything about financial aid by their deadline (also April 15th) so I asked for an extension because I wasn't comfortable paying the deposit without knowing their financial aid offer. They extend the deadline to the 30th and today they offered me $25,000 a year. If both offers were the same, I'd probably rather BU, so what I'm wondering is how to tell them BC's offering me more while still sounding gracious for their first increase. Thanks in advance.
