Top Law Schools

Please bear with me:

1. For the initial 16 schools we are allowed to pick, do these have to be schools we have already been admitted to? Or is it okay to choose schools that we are still awaiting [admit] decisions from?

2. I was admitted to UCLA and received a 9 digit student ID in a follow up email. Is this the same UCLA ID that need access asks for?

1. Yes, you can include schools that have not given you a decision.

2. Yes

Some schools (Penn is the only one I did it for since I ED'd) have special instructions on need access and it says specifically "Requirement to apply for Need Access for Penn:
1. Submitted FAFSA
2. Been granted admission to X School"
