Does anyone know if Case Western, Cincinnati, Penn State, Illinois, Notre Dame, Indiana, or Michigan State will do a full ride plus stipend?

Also, will Ohio State do more than a full ride if you don't get the Moritz scholarship?

I got a full ride + stipend to Michigan State, so yes, they do.

Otherwise, I have no idea.
